All rooms are tastefully furnished with en suite, freeview T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities.

• Two superior rooms with queen size beds and a balcony, where you can sit and take in the breath-taking views
• One family room with dual aspect sea views (this room can also be a triple, please state at time of booking)
• One family room with sea view and the option to make into a triple (please state at the time of booking whether you require family or triple)
• Two double rooms with sea view
• One twin room - side facing
• One double budget room*
• One twin budget room*
• One family budget room*

*Budget rooms are of a good standard and are en suite - they are simply above the kitchen and can therefore be a bit noisy during service hours.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by 2pm 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges. In the case of a no show or a late cancellation the first night will be charged.
